Service was professional, prompt, friendly & it the rooms were immaculate & soundproof.
The round sofa in the mezzanine was badly soiled or stained.

I would go back again in a heartbeat due to the quality of service & the cleanliness of the rooms; their nice decor. The scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet were watery, but otherwise the food was top notch. I hope all are proud to work there.

Nice walk in the courtyard, topped with Disneyland fireworks.

Perfect location for a day at Disneyland. I watched the fireworks display from Sheraton with a perfect view.

Very close to Disneyland, shuttle to Disneyland was very reliable.
The parking fee. I don't think I should have to pay to park my car if I am a hotel guest.

Close to Disneyland, with a reliable shuttle service to the park. Quiet, with friendly helpful hotel staff. Room service was also very punctual. Recommend if visiting Disneyland. The negative for me is a $10 per day parking fee, however this is typical with all hotels near Disneyland.

Great Disneyland shuttle. Nice pool. Lovely courtyards.
So close to the freeway that you feel every truck at 2 am.

Great grounds, friendly and eager to please staff. Very close to freeway so make sure you know where your room is. Good food in the rather pricey restaurant. Nice clean rooms and great baths. Not family friendly if you plan on watching TV at all.

Very good overall experience. Great casual dining. Even though we were in the north tower, it was still close enough to the lobby and free transportation to Disneyland which was good. The room was okay clean, not squeaky clean. I would stay there again.

Restaurant, game room, nice lobby, clean, able to bring dog with us, convenient parking.
Front desk was not very friendly.

I enjoyed the convenience of having most everything I needed in the hotel itself. The game room had pool tables and video games, very good place to hang out with a child and meet other people. Restaurant service was excellent. Room was clean, had a view of Disneyland fireworks from our room. We enjoyed being able to bring our dog and met a lot of nice people who also stayed there. Shuttle service to Disneyland was very frequent and easy to use. read more
