The parking is expensive.

Overall the hotel is good but the carpet and furniture in the lobby is old, so it smells when you are in the lobby also the blinds in the lobby were broken, the room is OK

Efficient, fixed tv in 5 minutes from call, very clean and friendly staff.
Army recruiting event that was going on was a bit overpowering but not awful.

Desk person was very polite and efficient, the repairman was instantaneous and very polite, check in desk was hidden behind the bar. a bit hard to drive in and park to check in. I only had a small bag but had I been dragging larger bags, the parking, elevator would have been very difficult to maneuver.

Hotel was nice with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were a little smaller than I had hoped but still comfortable.

Helpful staff, comfy bed, green housekeeping options.
Paying for parking.

Nice room, up to expectations. Very nice staff. I asked for a room away from the highway, and was placed on the 14th floor on the opposite side of the building.

Staff was friendly and helpful.
Was booked into a handicap room and we did not need handicap. Room was small, bathroom was large, would have like a little more room space.

Location was great for our trip. Staff was friendly and helpful.
