comfortable bed.
Mildew smell in the shower.

The hotel was OK, but a lot of little things added up. The heat was blowing cold air at first, but someone did come to fix it. I requested robes and had to call twice before they were brought. The room and bathroom were clean but the shower had a strong mildew smell. The comforter was made of some chintzy slippery material, although the bed was very comfy. I ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, the food was just OK and overpriced and the service was very slow. The TV menu was very cumbersome to use and I was disappointed that they didn't have Comedy Central. read more

The location and amenities were great.
Didn't have a refrigerator.

The hotel was nice, but I'm not sure how it was different from a 3 star (it was a 3 1/2). The amenities were nice, and the staff helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Location and surrounding attractions.
Difficult to get in and out of -- needed to make U-turn.

Overall, a great location -- especially for shopping; food at the hotel was way too salty (all 3 meals); room was clean.

It was clean and had a friendly staff.
Check in was slow with only one desk clerk at the time I arrived.

Overall a pleasant stay. Clean rooms, subtle decor and friendly staff made it a relaxing trip.

Walking distance to downtown Towson, decor.
Nothing was great.

This is a gem, close to restaurants, Mall, University and Hospital. So much in walking range.

Every staff member I met was very pleasant and extremely helpful with lots of smiles.
The lobby is very sparse, lacking color, flowers, pictures, and comfortable seating. The room was much nicer.

Great location. Easy access to interstate and surrounding towns. Very friendly staff. Safe and easy parking.

It was connected to a really nice Mall.
The room is small. The decor same quality as a Days Inn.

The location said close to Inner Harbor. It took 35-45 minutes to drive there because of the traffic. The TV was broken but was fixed soon after reporting it. The bed was comfortable but the walls were thin. I could hear conversations next door.

Free parking and proximity to shopping mall.
The walls are quite thin and you can hear someone sneezing or coughing in the next room.

These are large rooms with great beds. The hotel is attached by a skywalk to the Towson Town Center, an upscale mall. Plenty of free parking.
