Very clean, helpful staff, nice extras such as bathrobes.
I would have liked a clock in the room.

I had a pleasant overnight stay at the Sheraton Belgravia in London. The room was clean and bright, the shower and bath were clean and inviting.

Very comfortable hotel, well located and friendly staff.
Location and the bed are excellent.

Ideally located to benefit from the shopping area of knight bridge. Very comfortable and nice rooms.

It was OK - nothing is really standing out other than they cashed my traveler's checks with no hassles.
Needs to be updated.

This hotel is very hard to find as there are 3 Sheraton's in the neighborhood. We stay at Sheraton frequently and were surprised with the caliber of this hotel being more dingy and old than those we have stayed in. It was not horrible, but not that impressed for what we paid.

Air conditioner not very effective.

A little tired, but great location and the staff tries hard - a welcome contrast to the generally surely service in England. Very comfortable bed, very clean bathroom. Excellent for meetings and close to everything that matters in London. You can walk to Victoria station in 15 minutes.

Friendly staff, nice lobby, cleans room, nice decor, and great location.
Elevator was small but it's Europe.

Friendly and helpful staff. Took care of luggage for us and brought it to our room.
