Public spaces were elegant and very large hotel, good location.
Food prices very high, small room, rude staff when I called to request room type, and awful pillows.

We did not eat at the hotel at all because the prices were ridiculously high. Room was very small, and for being a 3.5 star hotel I expected at least a small fridge or microwave in the room. Overall, the hotel was OK, especially for the price I paid. But I've gotten much better hotels in this area using Priceline.

Nice hotel. Fairly easy access to the Mall of America. Close to the friends we visited. Great breakfast buffet!

Fantastic hot tub and loved the 9 ft deep pool.
Initial contact was not very well. Lady on the phone was rude. A jet was broken on the hot tub and cut my daughters foot.

Overall we were happy with the hotel and would be very satisfied if Priceline put us up there again.
