It was very clean and quiet.
The hotel manager deceived our beliefs in what was advertised.

Hotel was very clean and all staff was very friendly, with the exception of shift manager the night we landed. After advertising airport shuttle, we were told by him there was no such thing. After two calls to hotel from airport, he reiterated he was not lying and that they never had shuttle service. Upon arriving at hotel, after a $30 cab ride, we saw 4 hotel shuttles sitting in parking lot. After inquiring about them, the manager said they had been taken out of service 8 months earlier! So much for not lying, not to mention false advertising! read more

Not enough towels at the pool.

I thought the hotel was very nice. We were there for such a short time but took advantage of the pool and hot tub. Both were very nice.

Needs to be able to take luggage out on your own without bellman.
