Location and great quality bed.
Bathroom looked worn out. Can't get any coffee except Starbucks. No other coffee options.

Hotel was completely adequate. Great location to shopping and the T.

The hotel was right on the trolley run.
Parking was pricey.

Hotel public areas and room were both clean. However, the maid forgot to make up the room the first full day we were there. Parking costs were over the top at $39.00 per day, with no in and out services. Location was good, since we were right on the trolley route.

It was convenient to mass transit and also well within walking distance of several attractions.

The hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The concierge recommended great places to eat in different parts of town and provided great directions also.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff and facilities.
We loved it all.

I would go back tomorrow if could. We enjoyed our stay very much. Great rooms with very comfortable beds. Also easy to get around Boston. Close to the T and within walking distance to shopping and great restaurants. Can't wait to return.
