Clean, prime location, easily accessible.
Not the hotel that was reserved. Were relocated to Park Plaza from reserved Sheraton.
Park Plaza Hotel. We arrived at the Sheraton to find that they were overbooked and were sent to the Park Plaza Hotel free of charges and were given a ten dollar bill for taxi fare to the Hotel. Although this service was expedient, and at no charge, we did expect to stay at the Sheraton with the room we reserved. The room we got at the Park Plaza was rather small, but it was clean and well laid out. The staff was friendly and answered any questions we had, yet we really wanted to stay at the Sheraton and would have rather paid for a room there, but who can complain about a comped room in a prime area in Boston. Overall, the trip was still enjoyable even with the major hotel adjustment. read more

Everything was very clean.
Took a while to get checked in.
The hotel is nicely situated in Boston. The room was nice and clean. We got back to the hotel after a day in the city and wanted to get a drink and only had one place to choose from, so it was busy! Ended up sitting in space in the lobby!

The location was incredibly convenient!.
The room (square footage) was very small.
A very nice hotel with dining facilities included (bar, restaurant and Starbucks) that offers a great location and amenities to its guests.

Location.
Parking - $42.00 per night, and dated décor.
Great location in Beacon Hill. Close to great walking tours and lots of restaurants. Halls and rooms dated in the decor. Needs some renovations. Parking is very expensive at $42.00 per night. Customers beware!

Great location and good amenities.
Tiny room, only one bedside lamp for a king bed, and an indifferent staff.
The room was in the renovated tower (good) and the view was facing the river (good) but it overlooked the mechanicals on the roof of the convention center, wasn't high enough, was tiny and when we asked for a second lamp, were told that it wasn't policy so we couldn't have one. That was later cleared up but too late.

Room was way too small for two, no nightstand on one side, not enough room for clothing, no towel racks, cramped bathroom, gym equipment was not well maintained.

Location is excellent.
Great location, close to shops, restaurants, and Fenway Park. Staff was courteous. We arrived late and the bar/restaurant was still open, very convenient - and the food was good too. Definitely would stay here again.
