It was great.
Room was clean but not as clean as it could. Ring marks (from drinking glass) on washroom sink and dust in corner of carpet was noticable.

Location was amazing and the hotel is connected to the underground pathway.
Parking too expensive, slow elevators, no mini fridge.

Overall my stay was a good one and it was all I needed. The location was great, staff was friendly and there were many services offered. However, I do feel the standard room regular rates were expensive for what you get and in future I will always deal with priceline.

I reserved a 1 king bed room, but they said they only had 2 double bed rooms available. Then she said for an extra cost, I could get a 1 king bed room. They were not even offering an upgraded room.

Excellent location & proximity to local conveniences.
My room was not quiet & I had to ask for some toilietires.

My overall experience was a good one though like any other hotels in the Toronto area there are always a few short comings. Reception staff was very friendly.

Nice location. Average room.
$15 for a stella with tip!

Bring lots of money if you eat or drink in the hotel bar. The most I have ever paid for a beer in my life. Park in City hall parking across the street. That will save you enough to pay for one beer. Nice hotel.
