The hotel lobby is gorgeous and the room are warm and inviting.
Only one of the three elevators was in service.

The lobby and rooms are modern and comfortable, everything you'd expect from a 4 star hotel. The space connecting these areas are lacking attention with the dimly light, badly stained hallways. Room service tended to pick up trays the following evening. So, during the day, don't be surprised to find trays with old food laying around.

It was great.
Room was clean but not as clean as it could. Ring marks (from drinking glass) on washroom sink and dust in corner of carpet was noticable.

Location was amazing and the hotel is connected to the underground pathway.
Parking too expensive, slow elevators, no mini fridge.

Overall my stay was a good one and it was all I needed. The location was great, staff was friendly and there were many services offered. However, I do feel the standard room regular rates were expensive for what you get and in future I will always deal with priceline.

I reserved a 1 king bed room, but they said they only had 2 double bed rooms available. Then she said for an extra cost, I could get a 1 king bed room. They were not even offering an upgraded room.
