Location, friendly staff, and great atmosphere.
Bathroom was slightly outdated.

Hotel lobby was beautiful, staff more than willing to assist you with anything you need, great location downtown Toronto, would definitely stay here again.

It was central to downtown, clean, warm and friendly. Great value for our money.
The parking area at the front was overcrowded and we could not get in to even reach valet. Parking was $45.
