Overall experience was very nice; found staff very friendly and helpful.
Hotel restaurants don't have sufficient kids options and parking internet and gym cost extra.
We found the location and overall look of this hotel very nice. Right on the path, which was very nice. Our room needed renovation to be of 4 star quality - lots of things like peeling wallpaper, cracked outlet covers, damage to bathroom faucets and vanity which looked like an 8 year old that had never seen caulk before tried to repair. Bottom of tub was in bad shape and I had to bathe a 2 year old in there. That wasn't too nice. But, the room overall was nice and clean. The staff was nice pretty much across the board and I have no huge complaints. There really is nothing for kids there except maybe the pool and it seems like everything cost extra. Parking of $45 a day (ridiculous); luckily the city hall municipal parking lot which is accessible by the path is connected to the hotel at $20 a day. But why does internet cost $30 a day and even access to the gym - unless your a clubhouse guest. I found that staff to be ridiculous and in my opinion lowers the hotel's quality. Location to where we were going was perfect.
Rooms could have used a make over and a coupon towards parking would have been appreciated
All in all this hotel was great for what we needed. The staff were very helpful and polite. The swimming pool looked beautiful and I was disappointed that we ran out of time so I wasn't able to use it. I feel it could have used a bit of a make over compared to the other hotels around it and it would have been nice if they had offered a discount on parking for using their hotel... read more

Good location.
Only had a room with a double bed available. Forced an upgrade at additional cost!

Location and close to Eaton Center.
Has terrible elevator service in the tower I stayed in. Really slow, you could wait up to 10 minutes.

Lobby was very nice and updated..
Rooms didnt seem to match the Lobby in quality.
The Sheraton was quite nice at first glance, but was under construction and the rooms didnt quite match the lobby in style and quality. The staff was quite helpful and even refunded our parking fee when there was a mis-communication between the front desk and the Valet and our car was not brought around as requested, it was a nice surprise.

Location.
Beds were real soft hotel like a train station, the swimming pool was freezing.
Good location, indoor outdoor pool was real cold - not a pleasure, very busy hotel - feels like you are in a train station. Rooms are okay bathroom needs updating.
