Hotel charges for internet access in room ($17.95/day).
The location is excellent. Staff is friendly, but still were unable to accommodate my request for a room facing the lake & CN Tower, even though I called 3 weeks in advance with request and was told it would be no problem. The carpet & decorations are pretty dated, but room was really comfortable. Very disappointed about the internet.
