Very convenient to Metro, clean, professional staff.
Not aware of any pool. No bottled water in room.

Very clean Sheraton, quiet rooms, and convenient location to Crystal City Metro station. Very professional and nice staff. Bring your own bottled water - and I wish they had Starbucks coffee pouchs instead of Maxwell House to wake me up.

Great location.
Trade down on the weekend was bad.

Trade down to high school student group on weekend left me next to noisy kids. Requested change brought me to much quieter room, glad the hotel was not booked!

Close to transportation (1 block away) and food district (3 blocks away).
Not as beautiful as expected (compared to Marriott Ward man Park).

The staff
is friendly. We called for early check in, they said they will fix it up and call me when ready. They called back in 30 minutes. We arrived during Guest Appreciation Month so internet was free, morning pastries and coffee, evening hor'dourves. The hotel doesn't look nor feel like 3.5 star. More like a 2.75 or 3 star.

Excellent location, friendly and good experience.
Took a long time to get courtesy service to hotel when arriving late and tired.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Our room was between those of school's visit to DC. We called security because of the late night & early morning noise in the wall.

The hotel was excellent except for our room assignment mentioned in the previous comment regarding the school trip. The school guests should have been put in a more isolated area away from other guest.
Parking charges were very high.
