a Very accessible, clean, updated, and the staff was very helpful.
The front doors were broken at the time I was there.

This hotel was a nice, clean hotel with spacious rooms. It was conveniently located 1 block from the Metro station for easy access to Downtown DC and 2 blocks from many restaurants and bars. Good location and access, but also aways from the hectic atmosphere of downtown.

Great location for business near Reagan airport; just a short train ride from DC.
I wish there was a mini bar and fridge in the room.

Extremely friendly staff, free internet, printing, coffee, snacks, and the shuttle to airport. I was never rushed to leave my room to be made up. Excellent experience.

It's location is convenient and the price was right.
The room was a bit worn, and the air in the hall and the room is stale.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It's across the street from a metro station which provides easy access to the center of D. C. The business center amenities are excellent and easily accessible. The rooms are a bit worn and the air in both the rooms and the hall smells stale. The food in the main restaurant is fair, and a bit expensive.

The staff was very helpful and treated me like a king.
As many people have said, the elevators were very slow.

Although the elevators are slow, especially when a lot of people are waiting on different floors, excellent staff response and great facility more than compensate the shortfall.

Swimming pool was not available for 2009.

Clean, very friendly staff, only 7 minutes from Ronald Reagan airport.

I had a room next to the vending machine and I couldn't sleep with the ice maker and people buy sodas through out the night.

The hotel is very nice, but if you are a lite sleeper please don't sleep across from the vending area with the ice maker and the soda machine. It will keep you up all night. They couldn't switch me to another room because they said they were booked. That was the crazy part.

Malfunctioning door lock.

The staff greeted me warmly and let me know that they had free internet this month for all guests, saving the $12 daily charge. They also featured pastries in the morning and snacks in the evening as a special promotion.
