It was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is dated from the outside but the inside has been updated. The rooms are comfortable and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Great hotel and service. My only complaint is that my reservation was a queen. A king seems like 'worst case' for a hotel of this rate.

The public spaces were actually nice, not great. Staff was cordial.
More soap! why pretend you have self -park? we can handle an honest valet only fee.

Small rooms w/nice bedding and TV. needs to upgrade bathroom amenities. Public spaces are nice and inviting. The lobby bar can be recommended for satisfying cocktails.

Well appointed rooms that are not yet dated, friendly staff, and almost-convenient location.
Not located on the beach, and no shuttles.

We got the Cabana Guest Room located next to their health center, and were not unhappy with being located away from their tower. The room was probably an office earlier. The food was overpriced for the quality, but the rooms were well appointed and it would've been a great value if they didn't nickel-n-dime for the Internet etc.
