Very large, big conference center.

A great hotel for the convenience on the 16th street mall. Very large - the rooms and hotel have been renovated, very nice. The Irish bar was fun and the gym is great.

Excellent staff and helpful.
Not convenient as far as the layout of room towers.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. The parking garage was under construction so parking of your car and getting your car was time consuming.

Location was excellent. Just where we wanted to be.
Not very kid friendly.

The staff was very nice and polite especially when they found out it was my son's birthday.

Bad air quality/noisy heating system.

I will not waste my money on this hotel, again. I was unable to turn the heat down. The only way to get any air circulation was to turn on the fan which was too noisy. There was no parking garage. It cost $21.00 a night to park. Never again!

Room accommodations were cramped, especially the bathroom.

The hotel did not provide for any guest parking other than valet nor did it provide complimentary Internet access.
