Wonderful and accommodating staff all the way round!
VERY expensive hotel parking and laundry service.
Fantastic place and location. Everything felt brand new and like it was prepared just for us. The bed was to die for, VERY comfortable. Super quiet and no noise from the airplanes coming and going on both sides of the hotel. Staff was fantastic. Internet access at their business center was super fast and generous with the time allowance. No complaints and will stay there again if we get the chance. read more

The room was fantastic! There was even a plush robe hanging up waiting for me. Lovely room, beautiful amenities!
Self parking was in a lot behind the hotel, not owned by the hotel and a little hike with luggage, and valet was around $30.
This is an absolutely beautiful hotel with gorgeous, well appointed rooms and excellent staff and service. This hotel would be my hotel of choice coming in and out of LAX!

Location - clean, comfortable rooms.
Bathroom was pretty bare bones.
Great location, very clean. Rooms were very good size and beds were comfortable.

Bed was comfortable and clean.
The shower drain was rusted and looked a bit off putting.
Was cheap and close to the airport - convenient and you get what you pay for! Overall it was OK, room was clean and neat. The bathroom however looked a bit outdated.
