Very dirty. Breakfast for two 80.00. Definitely 2 star or lower.

Very dirty. Highly overpriced. Breakfast for two 80.00, parking 28.00. Definitely 2 star or lower. Dried, very bad quality food in the restaurant. Never would recommend to anyone.

Amazing location; pretty quiet for being at the airport.
We both sneezed a lot in the room, so it needs to be cleaned better.

Everything was great except for two problems: a) Wasn't told about getting parking validation upon check-in, which resulted in a large hassle when exiting the very-expensive parkade. b) We sneezed a lot in our room, and only in the room, which means it wasn't thoroughly cleaned in a while.

The room was very clean and quite big.
The cost of the parking at $28.00.

The hotel is a true 4 star with an appealing lobby area and rooms that are spacious and very well maintained.

Called 2 weeks prior to arrival to request 2 double bed, the woman told me she'll put it down. when we checked in there was no note regarding about the request - front desk just said "it's just a request" and asked if we still want a cot,
I said yes and they said they sent one. it took 3 hours before
I lost my patience and called front desk about the cot and only then they sent one up. read more
