have a rash from the hot tub and a doctor bill also.

The hotel overall was very nice. I just have trouble rating it high, when I have had to visit my doctor for the rash I have. Fortunately it is not caused by bed bugs. It is either caused by the hot tub or the detergent used. More than likely the hot tub as the rash is most prevalent where my swimsuit was. Never had this experience at other hotels we have visited.

The Four Seasons was clean and very tastefully decorated. My husband loved the bed. It was VERY comfortable!
The room would have been been great if it had a refrigerator and microwave or snack machine.

The Four Seasons is a tastefully decorated, clean and quiet hotel will many aminities. It is great for families with children as well as couples looking for some quiet time.

Spacious room, wireless internet nice, plenty of things in hotel and nearby.
Shower was terrible, bathroom needs updating and cleaning.

Nice big facilities, good food was served to our group, only down spot was the bathroom in my room- need updating.

The indoor/outdoor pool area was nice/clean/good foliage.
The hotel room was very small and the layout was difficult to navigate.

Upon arrival to the hotel room we found the bed unmade down to the mattress. After a quick phone call to customer service and an hour and a half long dinner we returned to the room to find it in the same condition. We were moved, by registration, our "upgraded" room was slightly larger. The web site and my expectations regarding the price of the room were not met.

Excellent staff, and excellent services.

The hotel was convenient to the affair attended. It had friendly and courteous staff, excellent view, and I give it an outstanding rating.

The restaurants were smoke filled and not family friendly in this regards. The elevator locations were inconvenient. No microwave or fridge.
