Spacious room and was safe.

We were scheduled for two beds but we requested one bed. The hotel clerk put us on the 12th floor which was (starwood level). Our room was great, but it was in need of some repair,(one damaged shower tile and damaged door hanger in the bath) but that did not bother us in the least. A bathrobe was provided which goes along with a 4 star!

This is a good suburban hotel in nice condition with decent services. The only thing that would have been nice is a fridge in the room.

Hidden cost. Parking is extra. Internet is extra.

The hotel is very nice. Like so many above 3 star hotels, they hit you with hidden cost such as parking and internet. The hotel cost more than agreed to have basic services.

Location was convenient, room was large and clean.
Unsavory people at entrance, outside. Swearing, noise in hallway. Insecure under ground parking.

In general a good hotel. Felt uncomfortable walking in due to certain people outside entrance. Noise and swearing at 3 am very loudly in the hallways. Generally an okay overnight stop, I would not have rated it 3 1/2. Should mention in the hotel info that parking is not secure and they charge $6.00 for parking.

Gorgeous outdoor pool, spa and lounge chairs!

Very nice hotel with amazing outdoor resort-like pool and spa with cushioned lounge chairs. Cean and comfortable room.
