Flexible staff moved our room when we asked.
Decor was like a trip back to 1981.

This is a perfectly serviceable hotel in a location that works well for leisure travelers. It has a festive-feeling lobby, which is great if you're feeling festive but can be loud. Rooms do not seem equipped for the business traveler in the least.

The friendly and helpful staff. The free shuttle service to the downtown area. It was so much easier to get to my meeting in the Gulf Tower.
How expensive parking is. I was parked in the lot from about 6:00pm until 1:00pm the day and they charged me for 2 days.

Had a very comfortable evening.

Convenient location, clean, very nice.
Charged $16 for parking but I understand this is common in larger cities.

Located in Station Square convenient to lots of restaurants/bars/shops. Hotel was very nice and clean. Recommend highly.

The parking.

Although we had a good time and enjoyed our stay, the parking situation was lousy! I could not believe they would not have parking for their hotel guest. We had to pay 27.00 for one night parking in the lot at the hotel. We may not stay there again due to the lack of free parking at this hotel.

It was conveniently located downtown with restaurants nearby.
Parking can get insanely expensive if you come and go a lot.

The Sheraton Station Square got the job done. Definitely a no frills affair with none of the extras couldn't find pen or paper in the room, and no shower cap and a little inflated price-wise, but that's probably because of its location in station square. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
