Service was great at the beginning.
Forgot my leather jacket at the hotel, was extremely hard getting it back.

Hotel did not meet my expectation. Nice place for short travelers.

Convenient to airport.
Sink leaked and didn't get fixed and toilet broken too.

The facilities were nice enough. The elevator was slower than molasses. It had obviously just been through a renovation, so in that regard it was nice, but they obviously haven't worked yet since my sink leaked and my toiled wouldn't flush. I reported the problem with the sink but they didn't fix it. I found out the next day when I went to brush my teeth.

Staff very efficient & friendly.
They lost our pre sent package.

Very good accommodation and clean. Had arranged a package to be sent which the hotel confirmed receipt of before our arrival. However when we arrived to check in they couldn't find it. Was a phone! Very disappointed and angry that this was "lost". Would be hesitant to recommend to others because of this.

Great airport location - convenient for traveling through JFK. Provide complimentary shuttle service. We were traveling with a group of 13 people - extremely nice, relaxing and convenient.

Shuttle from airport, quick and
efficient check-in.

The hotel was a quick shuttle ride from the airport. We arrived about 10pm, tired, and they quickly and efficiently checked us in and got us to our room. We had to leave at 5:30 the next morning and were happy to find out that their shuttle runs 24 hours a day. We would definitely stay there again.
