I liked that it was attached to a small shopping mall with lots of food choices that were reasonable.
The parking at night was confusing and there are lots of one way streets.
This is a great hotel! I like the location as I was visiting my daughter for parent weekend at USC. I also liked the hotel restaurant as it was convenient, not outrageously expensive but quiet and nice enough to treat the kids to a nice dinner and have good conversation with them.

Staff was very nice, very clean, great service.
Room was smaller than
I thought to be a deluxe, plus parking was to expensive.
I enjoyed my stay. I was never upset with my purchase of the room. I just thought it would be a little more spacious for a deluxe room. Parking was to high$ the shopping mall connected to the hotel is a plus. Its also close to the staples center and Nokia center.

Very clean and exactly what we needed to start our 25th anniversary.
Room service was quite expensive - to late for resturant.
Loved it and would stay there again for the price we paid.

Quickly responded to a question.
Room was dirty and was due for carpet shampoo.
Hotel was great overall, but very expensive to park!!!$32.00 per day. And it seemed like everyone wanted a tip for anything! It almost is expensive to park as is to sleep in the room(exaggerating of course). Our room was not to have been rented out to begin with. Floor needed shampooing!!

Clean room.
No pool. Expensive parking. No bathtub.
Would not stay here again. Room had no tub & there was no pool or hot tub in the hotel. Valet parking was 32 per night & could hardly be called valet after check in as you had to drive down into the garage and quite a ways inside to drop off the car & use a ticket every time you exited. The walls must have been very thin as we heard embarrassingly loud x-rated noises in the room next door. I doubt the hotel was full & we should have been placed in a room with no neighbors on either side. Check in person didn't even tell us which way the elevator was to get to our room. read more
