The concierge were great.
Rooms need a makeover.

Everyone made our stay very pleasant. The guys at the concierge desk were fantastic! The bathrooms all over the hotel need a serious face lift!!! Get rid of the mold in the tubs on the silicone.

Hotel was very convenient, just not 3+ stars. The carpet was in need of change along with bathtub and tile. Mold present and cracks in tub.

The hotel rooms are old looking. It needs to be renovated. I could see the lack of maintenance.

The Hotel staff was excellent. However, the rooms wasn't up to par. The bathrooms are tiny. The hotel carpet wasn't installed properly. The decor needs to be updated. Great Location! However, after staying at the W, the Wynn, I was disappointed.

Staff seemed to be inconvenienced when we asked questions. Dirty. Cleaning staff very loud at 7:30 each morning banging, speaking loudly in the halls.

The hotel has a perfect location for a first time visitor. The staff is not very friendly. The price was too high for the condition of the hotel - stains, part of the ceiling was coming down in our bathroom. We could hear clearly conversations in the room beside us. Not a three and a half star.

terrible noise during the day. Evidently working above our room and no restaurant room service.

The room was very comfortable. Bathroom was old and hallways were very old and worn looking but the service was good, staff friendly and I would stay here again if the price is right.

The location was awesome. Just a few blocks from Time Square and all the theatres.

The hotel was great. It was clean. It has a great location. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

The bed, the sheets, the location.
Bathrooms dated, carpet disgusting with stains all over it.

Location great. Rooms very small. Beds and sheets were very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was very dated and old looking. Very small bathroom, no mini bar, front desk had a ridiculously long wait and nobody hurried to try to help.

Location & Staff were amazing.

It's just blocks from Time Square and the Broadway shows. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful stay.
