The location was perfect and the hotel was luxurious enough for a Grandma.
Free internet service in the rooms would have been nice and I was surprised there was not a mini-fridge in the room.

Our stay at the Sheraton was delightful. We were busy doting on our new grandson and had a very late check-in, but had no hassle from the hotel staff. The rooms were very clean as was the pool and hot tub area. Room service was a bit disappointing because of the hidden costs not revealed on the breakfast ordering card, but the food was delicious. Overall, our stay was very satisfying! read more

I would certainly return to the Sheraton. Close to Minneapolis, and also a big mall.

The hotel lobby was very welcoming and spacious.

Sheraton West was a very inviting hotel with comfortable bed and easy relaxing environment. Immediately on entering the hotel, a welcoming reception is felt with a spacious lobby and dining area. The personnel were very courteous and helpful, in the dining area as well as at the front desk. It was very convenient for our activities so it made our stay especially good. We definitely would recommend this hotel to others. read more
