Room floors seemed dirty. Remote didn't work. Missing linens.

The hotel was more than adequate for the price..
It was a very long walk from the parking lot to the elevator to the room.

This is a lovely hotel with some nice amenities (in season) but the distance from the parking lot to the hotel desk is long if you are either disabled or traveling with small children. Also, the configuration of the hotel's guest rooms are such that many of the rooms are quite a walk from the nearest elevator. Some rooms have nice views of either the skyline or the courtyard and pool areas. At least you don't have to pay to park! read more

Dirty towel under shower curtain. No bar soap anywhere in bathroom.

We have stayed here 3 or 4 times previously. The first time about 5 years ago was awesome, the room was clean, linens in perfect condition and staff could not do enough to make us feel welcome. This trip the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the room was just OK. The room was starting to show a good bit of wear and needing overall updating.

Location of the hotel.

The hotel is poorly located and very difficult to find as there seem to be not signs indicating its location. Definitely not the best choice!

The staff was the nicest of any hotel I have ever stayed at!
Mattress.

This was the BEST and friendliest staff of any hotel I have ever stayed at. I will ALWAYS stay at this hotel in the future!
