Had a nice view of Nashville and loved the lobby looking down from the 22nd. floor.
The heated swimming pool was not very heated, was actually very cold.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The front desk staff were professional and friendly. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The cleanliness and spaciousness of the room.
The pool was unappealing, small and difficult to find.

This hotel met our needs. The pool was disappointing but the restaurant was delicious and the lobby was beautiful. The parking was adequate but an added cost. The location was good. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean the TV was nice.

Nice public spaces, starbucks coffee in room.
There was a $10 /day charge for a mini fridge, already felt the hotel was overpriced.

I did not feel like this was a 3.5 star hotel. Room on the 8th floor was literally attached to parking garage so you could not even open the curtains, room was not well lit. Expensive parking, ammenities you would expect in a 3.5 were an extra charge. Traveling with husband and small child. Glad we only booked for one night. Would have preferred a different hotel for the price. Not a good value. read more

Front desk assistance upon check in was phenomenal. Both young ladies were very friendly and accommodating.
Although the carpet was newer, the walls looked dated and dirty. Bathroom tub facet wouldn't stay on hot. Kept sliding over to lukewarm.

Overall, the hotel was a nice buy for the investment, since I was traveling with my two young sons, their opinion of the hotel mattered. They gave it two thumbs up because of the view from the room and the view from the glass elevator. The staff was friendly, kind and attentive.

Bums everwhere around this hotel.

Pool is for wading only. small shallow nothing for kids. Parking fees of 20 dollars per day was expensive. When 1 block away its 8-10.

Nice hotel with all the amenities. Kind of pricey for the size of the city however. Better deals can be found in better cities.

$20 per night to park was outrageous for self-parking.
