The comfort and room lay-out, price and kindness of staff.
The fire alarm went off at 4:30 AM, which was an experience, but it is a very safe hotel and didn't affect my trip or hotel experience.

Very attractive.
The fire alarm went off at 4:30 am.
Unfortunately, while staying at the hotel, the electricity somehow tripped the fire alarm at 4:30 am. All were forced to evacuate the hotel in the cold for app 45 minutes while an entire fire crew came out. Then, it happened again. No one got sleep. They were somewhat apologetic, but it didn't matter at that point.

Nice, clean and quiet.
They cleaned my business papers and lost them.
I stayed two nights. I left business papers and numerous magazines on the desk. These were cleaned never to be found again. This caused a good deal of problems to me as they contained return flight confirms, directions and agenda to the business meeting I was to attend. Hotel staff at first suggested I had thrown them away. Hotel offered me a fruit basket in compensation.

Room was nice.
Pool was cold and uninviting.
Generally a good experience, however, the hotel's website had old information, pool hours and shuttle service hours were different (and less accommodating) than what was posted on the website.

Convenient shuttle service; friendly staff.
Air conditioner/heater didn't work.
The staff went out of their way to make my stay wonderful. A staff member at the front desk upgraded my room from a king to a double so my friends and I would have plenty of room for our 5 day stay. I have nothing but good things to say about the hotel, and I will definitely go back!
