Convenient Location. Friendly Staff.
We ended up with the room next to the elevator. The room was noisy and smaller than the other rooms.

I found the location to be excellent for the purpose of our stay. The room wasn't the greatest that I have stayed at in New Orleans.

Walls were too thin, so it was noisy.

The Sheraton New Orleans is located in the perfect location. The staff was amazing and customer service was fantastic. My only concern is that the walls were thin so I could easily hear people outside my room and in the rooms next to us. When my neighbors slammed their door, the vibration sent through the whole wall and I could feel it when resting on the bed. Otherwise, the hotel is great and definitely the location can't be beat! read more

Clean and conveniently located. Good service from the staff.
That the fitness center was only available for a fee. That proved to be inconvenient.

It was clean attractive, a real value for the Priceline discount. The lobby was beautiful, the atmosphere was great. The room was immaculate. The staff was friendly and well informed about the location. Was perfect for getting to attractions like the aquarium and shopping; we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Great location. Nice lobby with free computers.
Room doors do very poor job of blocking noise.

I was expecting the worst. Sure, the furniture in the room is getting a little tired, but there's nothing wrong with this place.
