Clean and conveniently located. Good service from the staff.
That the fitness center was only available for a fee. That proved to be inconvenient.

It was clean attractive, a real value for the Priceline discount. The lobby was beautiful, the atmosphere was great. The room was immaculate. The staff was friendly and well informed about the location. Was perfect for getting to attractions like the aquarium and shopping; we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Great location. Nice lobby with free computers.
Room doors do very poor job of blocking noise.

I was expecting the worst. Sure, the furniture in the room is getting a little tired, but there's nothing wrong with this place.

and lobby were amazing.
Wall were thin - could hear everything.

The hotel was amazing, and the location was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and the rooms were nice and very clean. However you could hear everything through the walls. From the neighbors in the next rooms to the people talking in the hallway. That was the only draw back. Other then that everything was perfect.

Great lobby space, easy check-in, check-out, nice bar.
Room was outdated and shabby. Needs room renovations before they are truly 4 star. Tiny window.

Fantastic location, across the street from the French Quarter, blocks from the river. My room was on the lowest floor possible (9th) and had one tiny little corner window with a view of the roof next door. Room was clean but rooms definitely need updating and renovations before it are truly 4 star. However, at the Priceline rate it is a GREAT value and I would highly recommend. Easy check-in and check-out, nice bar and staff. read more

Our view of the Mississippi River was excellent. Located close to all the French Quarter attractions.
