Location.
Hot room, no AC. Breakfast way too expensive. Small room.
I was very disappointed in the room. Way too small. Very hot, no air conditioning and no way of relieving heat. My daughter and I were charged 68.00 for breakfast. This is horrible for coffee, juice, and a buffet.

Fabulous beds (comfortable, cozy and nice linens),and fabulous location and convenience.
Small room(normal for NYC).
This hotel met my expectations, had a safe for my valuables, a comfortable bed is VERY important to me and it not only looked good and up-to-date but was very comfortable-had what I needed mostly but had to pay extra for wireless use, no view but great flat screen TV with many premium stations. It looked a little tired and a bit worn. But really for what I had heard of in NYC, lately I was very pleased. read more

The hotel room was very small along with the bathroom.
I stayed at the Sheraton Newyork towers and i was extremely disappointed.
I will never recommend or stay there again. the room was very small along with the bathroom. My husband went to work out a the gym and they told him he would have to pay $10.00 but if he didnt want to pay that charge he could go across the busy street to the Sheraton Manhattan for FREE, what, does that make any sense was told that the gym wasn't apart of the hotel. I can't believe we spent that much money on buffet but you live and learn and next time we will walk outside and eat at the greasy spoon which would have been better and cheaper. read more

The location was fine.
The customer service was horrible.
Four of us, coming from all over the country, were there for my mother's 75th birthday. They would not do anything for us when we had two rooms and were hoping to be next to each other. They didn't even try to put us on the same floor. The whole thing was awful. Then the elevators weren't all working and we waited at least 30 minutes each morning for them because we were on a higher floor. read more

Great location.
Maintenance problems with the room that took 2 calls to get rectified.
The Sheraton towers is a very large hotel in a great location in Mid-Town Manhattan. The rooms are large for NYC hotels and are adequately outfitted. Bathrooms are small. Because of the size of the hotel, the staff is busy full-time dealing with so many people. There is no free wireless in the room, but the lobby has free wireless and a large number of computers for guests to use - this is a big plus in today's electronic age. read more

The location was convenient yet out of the hustle and bustle of Times Square.
The room was very small for a 4 star hotel.
