Helpful staff.
Hot & dry.

Beautiful hotel! Use for more than one night, not worth the price for one overnight since you can't begin to use all of the amenities that are offered.

Hotel and room was clean with many amenities, and the staff was very professional.
Unfortunately, like most hotels at Newark airport, it was difficult to find from the access roads.

Hotel was worthy of it's rating, it was well laid out with plenty of amenities. The room was spacious, and very clean. The staff was very courteous and professional.

Hotel staff was not helpful at all. They did not greet or friendly.

Location of the hotel is hidden, needs a bigger sign to the hotel. It can be easily missed. Needs friendlier staff. $18 for parking for this location is costly.

Clean hotel, nice basic rooms, balcony inside atrium is nice.
Atrium is noisy at night and it echoes in atrium facing rooms. Even after midnight and 2 am security did not quiet.

Without a navigation system I would never have been able to get to this hotel. Situated in a strange area on a frontage road across from the airport. The only other negative was the teens in church or school groups in the atrium until 2 and 3 am and the talking/laughing would echo in our 5th floor atrium room. I gave it a good rating and would think excellent if not for the atrium noise and difficulty getting to the hotel. read more

Access to the hotel was rather challenging, I guess I could say driving in the East Coast is a challenge.

Met and exceeded my expectations. Got what I paid for, was impressed by the staffs knowledge and willingness to assist.

Friendly staff, helpful in arranging for taxis.
Terrible location for getting into NY. Shuttle only goes to the airport, which is not convenient to get into the city.

OK accommodations. Parking is expensive, and location is not convenient for getting into New York. Fine if you are just staying here to fly out of Newark airport. Right down the street from a jail, so a little sketchy neighborhood. Also hard to get to, off on a side road between industrial sites.

Pretty hotel, free shuttle.
Wanted to go out to dinner. Didn't want to spend $40 for taxi. Wished business room was open.

Pleased with the shuttle from the airport. Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Would stay here again.

Clean rooms, easy to find.
They charge 18$/day parking fee which is not mentioned upfront. This is a rip off!

No refrigerator in the room. Parking is extra. Guests were noisy at night.

I loved the over all layout of this hotel! My room was sweet! Over looking the pool!
Well, there really was not anything I did not like.

I fully enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I looked the look and openness of the hotel. Will stay here again next year!
