It's okay. The distance to the university we're visiting.
We're out the whole day and nobody cleaned the room, pick the garbage or change towels.
I think it's okay. It served the purpose that we need, a place to sleep at night and location is quite convenient.

Personnel seemed nice and helpful.
Interior decor from an unknown planet.
Standard chain hotel. But the room was clean, the front desk on the ball, and the parking arrangements convenient (in-hotel, $20 flat rate for Sat/Sun with in and out privileges).

Bar was really nice.
The Hotel elevators appears to be too few for the size of the place. This manifested itself in long waits with other quests at the elevator.

Convenient.
Some features / decorations were outdated.
Comfortable and friendly staff. Would be nice if the rooms were a little larger.

Location - close to train stop, parks, and attractions.
Front desk staff was not eager to help. Room could have been cleaner.
Great location and good price for the area. Easy access to interstate and trains. We were disappointed that the front desk staff was not very helpful. When we checked in (right at check in time) we were told there were only rooms with double beds available. We found it hard to believe that in a 25 story hotel there were only double beds left. When we pushed harder for a queen size, the gentlemen was able to find one for us. When we got to the room we found hair on the bathroom floor, stains on the carpet, and make-up stains on the pillow cases. There were also a very limited number of television channels available. There were often long waits for an elevator. I have never been in a hotel with a line to get an elevator before! The concierge was very helpful and the valet was as well. It was still a good hotel for the price but not up to what I expect from other Sheraton's or Westins that I have stayed in (or comparable Hilton's, Marriott's, etc.) read more

They let us check in at 10 a.m., that was greatly appreciated.
