Obnoxious, loud, late night guests.

Enjoyed our stay there. Decor is modern, lovely, comfortable. Comfortable beds, a good night's rest. Did not dine there, but embibed in a couple of drinks and the staff was pleasant.

The room was clean, with enough towels.
They didn't have local attractions brochures.

We had visit Phoenix for an ASU event (family weekend). It was not far from campus, we didn't have time to check-in before the football game, I called to confirm we would still be checking but it would be late. The hotel didn't have a problem and said they would have our keys and check in information ready when we got there and they did, saved some time. Just needed to show my ID's and sign. read more

I liked the hotel lobby and entrance. And the front desk staff was very pleasant.
The elevator was really slow and room service trays were left in the hall too long.

Their was not a lot of parking cuz they had a convention going on.
