The staff was wonderful!!! Rooms are nice & comfortable beds.
No shuttle from the airport

Beautiful lobby and very nice rooms. We had a rollaway bed for my son and it was a regular mattress and very comfortable. There is a nice gift shop as well. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room was very nice, and the bed was AWESOME!
I didn't like having to pay $16 a day to park, and $12.99 to use my computer in room.

Stayed at this hotel because daughter was playing in volleyball festival at the convention center. Very conveniently located to the Convention Center. The room was very comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable - I slept like a baby.

The beds were comfortable, rooms clean, ample parking (for a price).
Not prepared for the
number of people they knew would be checking in for the volleyball tournament - only 2 people on check-in.

Very nice room, comfortable beds, new amenities (flat panel in room), great fitness center. Room service food was mediocre at best. Many of the staff seemed like they were not well trained or well informed - what was likely frustration on their part because they weren't well informed by management, sometimes came across as rude. Internet should have been offered free in the rooms as there were so many kids monopolizing the link cafe computers. read more
