Good customer service, clean rooms and general spaces.

Very nice hotel which would probably be even more enjoyable in the summer when it's warm enough to use the pool. There seemed to be a number of facilities (pool, workout room, etc.) on site that would satisfy most guest needs.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Hotel restaurant was excellent. We'd stay there again!
Room was a little outdated, and there was no fan in the bathroom. which was kinda small.

Very quiet, and the bed was quite comfortable!
A/C did not work consistently. Wish there was a bench in areas where smoking is allowed.

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Did not require much assist from staff, but what little interaction I did have was pleasant. Hotel is large, I did get lost a few times..overall very pleasant stay.

Nicely appointed room with very comfortable bed & pillows.
The internet was $10 per day.

This is an older hotel, but has been nicely redone. The walls are thicker than new hotels which is nice. It is a bit of a labyrinth navigating your way around this spread out hotel, but I enjoyed my stay very much.

The room was big; the bed was very comfortable.
Wi-Fi in the room was $9.95 per 24 hours; free Wi-Fi was in lobby, but only two PCs were available for use; no microwave or refrigerator in the room.

Pleasant enough with an impressive lobby. No free Wi-Fi in room; no refrigerator, no microwave in room. Had a room in the tower which was very far away from main entrance. Lots of children walking the lobby taking advantage of the pool. Dirty carpeting, dirty elevators. Bed was very comfortable and room was large and nicely decorated.
