Clean rooms and convenient business center.
Far away from most attractions.

We only stayed here our last night in Rome. The hotel was great, clean and roomy with a large bathroom including bathtub. They also had a large business center with plenty of computers and an hour of free usage which was great for checking in for our flight. It had a large fitness room and pool also that we didn't use.

It was what I expected from a four star hotel. The courtesy bus into Rome was great.
Extra cost of Internet in the room. It was very difficult to walk to the Metro stop.

A good experience, the staff was very friendly.

Hotel staff went beyond to help us to have a wonderful stay. If I visit Rome again they would be my top of the list.

It was very big and had many amenities.
Some of the staff was rude.

This hotel is huge. It has a spa, a bar, a restaurant, a store, a computer lab, etc. The rooms are nice and the entire hotel is very clean. Some of the staff was quite rude, but the waiters in the restaurant were very nice. It’s far away from any sights but not too far from the subway (unless you're walking).

Very clean and spacious hotel close to Downtown Rome.
Located in a very inconvenient location for tourists with no easy access to public transportation.

Good hotel for in a decent location. Located far from the major tourist attractions of Rome, but the hotel provides a free shuttle to Downtown Rome.

An ice machine was available (in Italy).
Could not put your own food in the frigobar.

What a relief to experience true American comfort after two weeks of staying in tiny rooms with tiny showers. The breakfast buffet was superior. Not too far from the Metro stop.

Good shuttle service.
The food, particularly breakfast, was unusually expensive.

Large and clean American hotel staff was friendly and the free shuttle ride to and from town is only 25 minutes. Shuttle to the airport and only $5 returning.
