The pool was nice.
The hotel didn't offer wi-fi access. Shuttle to attractions only at 2 times during the day. Not many kid friendly activities besides the playgound.

The hotel was nice, but I was hoping for one that offered wi-fi as I was traveling for leisure but needed it for work and school. Not many child friendly activities for small children (mine is 4). Only 2 shuttle times to downtown disney and they were far apart in the day. Also shuttle didn't allow much time to be spent at the attraction. No shuttle service to other locations in the area. read more

Lost an expensive lens and service people not very helpful. Someone scratched our rental car.

We were not very impressed with the hotel. 1. Bad concierge: Not very helpful 2. Not safe parking lot: Rental car was scratched the next morning. 3. Lost an expensive lens of my Nikon camera: When called the service they did not look into it. Not very good response.

The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The location of the hotel to Disney Parks and many restaurants were very good.

The hotel needs to create a list of the nearby restaurants and directions to get to them. Also, the hotel needs to have directions to the Disney parks w/o going back to the interstate. It was an easy drive to the Disney parks, but I had to find it on my on.
