The proximity to Disney.
Bar and pool close early.

This hotel was conveniently located close to Downtown Disney and the parks. It is certainly family friendly and has a great pool with a 70+ foot water slide. The quality of the hotel was great for the price.

We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant and our waitress was excellent.
Our hotel room was run down and one of the top quilts had a white stain on it.

We stayed on the 5th floor of this hotel. The whole floor looked run down. It had very stained carpet. Maybe they have other floors with remodeled rooms. The lobby and restaurant were fine. We had breakfast there and it was good.
