Restaurant was PRICEY.

We enjoyed it! The swimming pool was beautiful with a beautiful view! Parking pricey as well!

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Had a great stay, parking was reasonable and easy to get in and out of the hotel. The room was good size and clean. The staff was very helpful with directions and dining suggestions. We would definitely stay here again.

The room itself was VERY nice. The bed was great - sheets were wonderful - pillows were awesome. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was fantastic.
Reservation and desk staff were "short" with me in comparison to other visitors checking in

When I checked in I was asked for my credit card - I asked if it needed to be the same one I used to book the room. The staff member said "no - I can't see what you used anyway.

Distant from most attractions. Costly parking rates. Nothing is free including internet. No WI-FI.

I felt uncomfortable with the bus stops in front of the building. The people waiting for the bus are not the most attractive..... Parking was conveniently located in the hotel however, costs are high. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. I didn't have the best view. My room was next to the highway. The passing cars were loud and kept me up. No WI-FI. You have to plug it in and it costs. Internet is not free. I had the most expensive breakfast. They do not offer complimentary breakfast. The hotel is about 2 miles from the arch and Edward Jones Dome. Bring your walking shoes. read more

The parking greeter was condescending. You do know you have to pay for parking its a 4star hotel.

Would stay there again.

Lovely hotel, easy access to interstate and Metro Link. Good location near Union Station and the Scottrade Center.
