Location, view.
Exterior facing doors, poor parking.
This only applies to the lanai section of the hotel. We were assigned a room in the lanai section of hotel. All the rooms there are outward facing, much like a motel or an inn. The rooms themselves are standard and acceptable, but the noise levels from the parking lot, thin walls and the traffic going past the door were unacceptable. The parking for that section of the hotel was also $22/night and it was impossible to find parking. Granted the hotel was sold out, but we were nonetheless unhappy. When we booked a room, there was no indication where the room was going to be. If I had known, I would not have stayed there. The hotel lobby seemed nice and the staff was generally helpful, except when we requested to change rooms. read more

Exterior looked nice, great view of harbor from the restaurant.
The room, the hike to the room, airport noise and
rowdy guests being noisy.

Location and scenery.
Two hotels on premise, the bay side has no workout facility or pool.
We were there when the Phil. Eagles (football) was there. The hotel was in a state of lockdown, restaurant (Bay) closed, etc. A little inconvenient to go to the marina hotel for pool, workout, Starbucks, etc.

View.
Old, dirty, bay towers not modern, no facilities to speak of. Private party closed down restaurant.
Definitely not up to standards. Marina towers might be better. Not connected. Totally different property. The Bay Towers are old and out dated. I would not stay here again! Had to have housekeeping come up and reclean room when I checked in. Safe also did not work. Had to fix shower. Terrible!

The view was gorgeous.
I wasn't able to use the hotel because there was a special event there that weekend.
First off, the main hotel was beautiful. Definitely a four star hotel. I arrived at the address of the hotel I was assigned, and I was told that I would be staying at the Sheraton down the road. I arrived and was handed a flier that said I could not use the restaurants because there was a special event that weekend. Come to find out, I couldn't use half of the entrance/exits either because of security for the special event a pro football team. Then they send me to the basement where I room was. The ceiling was barely tall enough for me to make it through. The wall paper was coming off the wall in the bathroom. The beds were nice and so was the view. I was so disappointed in my stay that we left early. Since there was no restaurants available, we had to leave the hotel for each meal, which we were not planning on since this was a leisure trip. This is no where near a four star hotel however the main Sheraton definitely would have been.

Good bedding, good location by the ocean.
The fire alarm went off both nights and we had to evacuate.
We were very disappointed with this hotel overall. They first had to move us to another room that was in another building. Then the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night both nights. We had to evacuate the building twice while the Fire Department confirmed a false alarm. There was no compensation for us.

View, proximity to airport and general décor.
No microwave to heat food for babies, lack of general customer satisfaction.
Whilst the hotel was in very convenient location, there was a general lack of service. heating/a/c did not work, housekeeping refused to provide extra comforters, hotel managers refused to heat our child's food - stating some nonsensical liability issue and Sheraton policy. There was nothing around the hotel, and the manager expected us to heat up frozen food using hot water! None of the other hotels in the same class have this policy. Very disappointed with their attitude. read more

Location and quiet plus room is big.
Rooms could be a little cleaner and more water pressure.
Rooms are big, but needs to be spotless with better water pressure to be a 4 star. Bathroom layout is odd. Need towel racks, towels under the sink don't work. Toilet paper too far away for kids to reach. If you are a lite sleeper than the airport nearby would be noisy. Bird poop on balcony as birds fly by all day. But good size room if with kids and for the Priceline price, great! read more

The Location was very convenient.
Small rooms; Sub par pool; Mediocre service; Exhorbitant parking and convenience charges.
If you are looking for a hotel at the airport, then this is probably your best option. However, that comes with a hefty parking charge, small rooms, mediocre service and a so so pool. I would not recommend this hotel for pleasure trips with family / children.
