A "soothing waterfall", "beautiful" ponds and an "inviting" scent greet you "as you walk into" this chain link four miles from the airport; recently renovated rooms boast LCD TVs and "cozy beds", and the staff "makes it a stay to be remembered"; those who encounter maintenance issues and find it a "bit noisy", however, call it "adequate" but "nothing special."

Unless you get a high priced room service breakfast, and there is no place to eat.

The hotel was great. Staff was very friendly, and shopping close by. The only complaint is that there is no place to get breakfast without driving for 20 minutes. If breakfast were affordable for room service, this place would be outstanding.

Decor was lovely, beds were very comfortable, staff was fantastic.
Room smelled of cigarette smoke but I think it was a non-smoking room.

This hotel was conveniently located outside of San Jose. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The room was decorated beautifully with nice toiletries in the bathroom, and had comfortable beds with ample pillows and crisp linens. I would absolutely stay here again.

The rooms were comfortable.
No free wireless in room have to respond to e mail after work hrs.

Besides charging for wireless access in room and wanting staff in bar is way too slow.

Daily charge for Internet service in room.

Good location for area. I was traveling close to San Jose airport. Did not like fact that there is no complimentary wireless service in rooms.

Convenient and spacious.

Meaningful comments are impacted by what apparently was a major plumbing malfunction prior to our arrival. It was cause of noise (pump motor running), a room change and damp rugs.
