Very impressive and great location. Short walk to Pike Place Market.
Snack machine on my floor was broken the full time I stayed at the hotel.

Very efficient staff. I didn't try the restaurant in the hotel, but I'm sure that would have been just as impressive.

Hotel staff not very curtious.

Although the hotel was nice, the front desk staff was not very helpful when I lost my wedding ring. They showed no concern. They just told me to go use the lobby phone to call lost and found.

Location near the convention center. Nice exercise facilities.
Parking is expensive and far from airport with no shuttle. No free WiFi in room.

Nice hotel with modern rooms. Would be nice to have free WiFi in the rooms. Exercise facilities were nice on the top of one of the towers.
