Location
Run down.

I have stayed at the Sheraton Suite 7-8 times this summer, all booked through Priceline. This trip, the room's toilet would not refill (I had to lift the flapper), one
TV would not work, the bed (as all of them) was really worn on one side - I try to sleep in the middle. And the gum TV remote was missing. They never refill the morning coffee pot supplies.

Convenience in location.
Proximity to railroad tracks and noise on that side of the hotel. It was hard to sleep at night.

The Sheraton was a nice hotel that is conveniently located to major routes and highways. There was an assortment of restaurants and fast food chains in the nearby area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The close proximity to the train tracks and the frequency of trains passing through made it challenging to sleep at night. Also, Wi-Fi is only offered free of charge in the lobby, which made it less convenient to check emails, etc. The in-room Wi-Fi fee was $9 for a 24 hour period. read more

All rooms are suites
It is by the train tracks, very noisey

The hotel is located by the train tracks. It is very noisey when trains blow their horns as they go by daily. My room was nice, besides the bathroom being small. The carpet was stained and needed to be cleaned. Over all I would not stay here again. They charge for internet connection.

The set-up of the room.
The old model bathroom & front desk check-in staff.

They have made changes to the hotel since the last time I stayed their. The general areas in the rooms, such as the bathroom cabinetry was old & moldy. Some things need to be upgrade or just changed.

Great location, restaurants, and convenience stores surrounded hotel.
Had trouble with keyless lock, did not work properly our entire stay, even after being re-keyed.

The decoration of the atrium in the hotel was beautiful. It was laced with topical plants, rock, and ponds, and was absolutely gorgeous.

The suite arrangement is perfect for the business traveler.
Charge $9.50 for room internet use.

Located convenient to an exit on Rte I-95, parking was close to the entrance. The staff was obliging and efficient. When I called to advise that my TV was not working, an engineer arrived within 5 minutes and put it right. As a business person I would certainly stay here again. It is not the sort of hotel you would want to stay other than on business or passing through. As the rooms are accessed from passages that have railings and open falling up to 8 stories to the enclosed area below I would be nervous of bringing young children. read more

Location
Proximity to railroad, charge for wireless internet

Room looked like they weren't finished with a remodel. Spackle in the bathroom, on the wallpaper, on the light fixture. Adjacent to railroad so wonderful wake up call whenever the train blows its whistle. Surly attitude from most hotel employees.

Nothing.
Everything.

This hotel is awful. Outdated used to be an old embassy suites.
I had 4 rooms where
I finally settled on the 4th room. The previous 3 had mold and dust all over the air vents. The air return in the 1st room was dusty and the filter dirty.
I had to have them clean it all. The TV in the living room of the 1st room had voice but no picture. Had to have that repaired too. That was all in the 1st room.
I do not recommend this hotel. It is a starwood property and
I will be complaining to them also.
