The lobby and restaurant.
The room accommodations.

The bathroom door did not close properly, and it did not lock. The toilet broke in the middle of the night and my husband had to fix it! Then the air conditioning started leaking from the main vent in out bedroom, right onto the floor. In addition, we had trouble with the remote control for the TV. We were very disappointed.

In room coffee; bad creamer; not enough sugar; no stirrers.

Nice for business travel; am going again this week and glad of it. Staff fine if yo asked something, but not overly welcoming.

The staff made an attempt to assist handicapped.
Beds were not at all comfortable.

The Sheraton appears to be in serious need of some physical upkeep. it is beginning to appear worn and a bit shoddy. the staff is trying to maintain a certain standard however, I find the facility is not on the par of past visits. the beds in the handicapped suite were horrible.

The family of Turtles was very nice but the atrium was beautiful.
The air conditioner leaked and froze but someone was sent right out.

I enjoyed my stay, we went for a weekend get away and I stayed two extra nights. The hotel was clean, friendly and very nicely appointed. Beautiful atrium with waterfalls and beautiful ambiance to relax and feel pampered.

The atrium was beautiful and the family of Turtles was very cute.
The AC Unit leaked in our room and menu was overpriced.

The staff was very warm and accomodating and the room was very nice and well furnished. The atrium was beautiful.

Unsure as to the place to park the car.

We were pleased with the hotel and its amenities. The hotel was close to the expressway. The staff was helpful.
