Nice and large room.
Parking is difficult, the place could use a little maintenance touching up, just a little.
Very nice. It met my needs perfectly for an overnight. It is centrally located, and the rooms were quiet and comfortable. And, I felt quite safe in my surroundings.

The set-up of the room.
The old model bathroom & front desk check-in staff.
They have made changes to the hotel since the last time I stayed their. The general areas in the rooms, such as the bathroom cabinetry was old & moldy. Some things need to be upgrade or just changed.

Great location, restaurants, and convenience stores surrounded hotel.
Had trouble with keyless lock, did not work properly our entire stay, even after being re-keyed.
The decoration of the atrium in the hotel was beautiful. It was laced with topical plants, rock, and ponds, and was absolutely gorgeous.

Great room for the price!
It needs better air conditioning.
Nice hotel, spacious rooms, and wonderful staff. Air conditioning was not great and there was black mold growing in the air ducts. The bathroom was small and the shower head was in need of repair. There was also water leaking from the ceiling in the shower.

The service, amenities, and room was wonderful.
Pets in the rooms were a little bothersome.
The hotel was wonderful and I would recommend it to all of my friend. Being near the train tracks were not as issue. There was no noise at night that would interrupt ones sleep.

The lobby and restaurant.
The room accommodations.
The bathroom door did not close properly, and it did not lock. The toilet broke in the middle of the night and my husband had to fix it! Then the air conditioning started leaking from the main vent in out bedroom, right onto the floor. In addition, we had trouble with the remote control for the TV. We were very disappointed.

Beautiful lobby and free internet.
First room had bad mattress.
Hotel was very nice, lovely lobby, very convenient to freeway and centrally located for what we wanted.

The family of Turtles was very nice but the atrium was beautiful.
The air conditioner leaked and froze but someone was sent right out.
I enjoyed my stay, we went for a weekend get away and I stayed two extra nights. The hotel was clean, friendly and very nicely appointed. Beautiful atrium with waterfalls and beautiful ambiance to relax and feel pampered.
