The water fall in the lobby with the turtles.
Long wait at check in, rude employees.
The hotel has the potential of being a very nice Hotel with a little work on the presentation, and training for staff on customerservice, even if not fully staff, employees can acknowledge people waiting, and try to be a little more helpful

This hotel was immaculate, I will defiantly stay here again.
There was nothing that I did not like at the hotel.
This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere was relaxing and I enjoyed my stay there. The hotel staff was friendly, responsive and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

Lobby was beautiful.
Room was just okay.
Very noisy because it is located on a main street. Train horns, motorcycles all night long. Room was not ready until 7p.m. Causing my 16 month old to not get her Nap, which in turn made for a long cranky night. Do not wish to stay at this hotel again.

The Turtle pond.
Filthy pool.
Looks very nice on the inside....yet looks can be deceiving. staff tried to be helpful. pool was slimy and disgusting.
