Beautiful hotel set next to LA Fairgrounds, rooms were spacious and well appointed.

This beautiful, well appointed hotel adjoins the L.A. County fairgrounds. (While the entrance is literally only a few yards from the door of the hotel, we heard no noise from the Fair.) It is the perfect choice for those attending the fair. The beautifully landscaped hotel is set in a park-like setting that gives it an atmosphere of being far removed from the city while actually being only a short drive from the center of historic Pomona, La Verne, and the Claremont Colleges. read more

As always, room service over priced.

Nice hotel in great location for Fairplex. Restaurant exceeded expectations for food and value. We actually ate in the bar area. Service was good and friendly. Suite style rooms were very comfortable.

Very clean, modern, classy, comfortable furniture & bed, nice TV's, and it was beautiful room. I was very impressed.
Nothing bad to say.

I would review this hotel as a 4 star hotel, the rooms are beautifully furnished, comfortable, with all the necessity's you need. Very clean and elegant/classy looking. Great interior designing. Lots of outside lighting and security. Felt very secured/safe.

Comfortable & clean; close to all (shopping, highway, spa). Helpful, friendly staff.
Patrons from the fairgrounds trashed the lobby restroom. Took a bit for it to get cleaned.

Our stay was during the L.A. County Fair, so there was a larger than normal number of occupants. Despite that, the hotel was in tip-top shape. The entire staff was pleasant, helpful and at one's immediate service. Loved the beds!

The size of the room is good for coupe with kids.
The floor of the bathroom
was not clean enough.

I used enjoyed this hotel very much until this trip I went to CA on August. My son got injury by the metal frame of the sofa bed, so I called the front desk to find out why it would happen. I got response after I called 5-10 minutes. The staff was speaking Spanish in front of my family which did not intend to solve my issue for my son. They even did not offer a ride to to see the doctor just mentioned if I am interesting about it then they will ask engineer department's staff to show how to get there. read more

Our room was great and much better than what I expected. Nice features, large room. It was a pleasant stay.
The only thing is lacking for me is the TV remote controls. There were 2 TVs in our room and both remotes were difficult to change channels quickly.

A nice and pleasant hotel. We definitely will come back. Great location and quiet. Love the fact that there is a living room and mini kitchen/bar. I also enjoy the decor a lot.

An actual suite, it was large, well designed and comfortable with above average furnishings.
Internet access was not free.

An excellent value, with pleasant staff, a good location, excellent rooms (2-room suite) and good amenities. The room furnishings are slightly tired, but still very well chosen, functional and comfortable. Internet access should be free by now.
