Great location near Country Club plaza.
Great location on the edge of the Country Club Plaza. Nice suite with kitchenette, king bed. Bathrooms too small (just one sink) for this level hotel.

It was updated, clean and offered great amenities.
My mother and I stayed at this hotel overnight for a recent visit to Kansas city. We were extremely happy with our stay at Sheraton Suites hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. We were also very impressed with nice large hotel room suite that offered today's modern amenities (i.e. granite counter tops, plasma televisions, mini-fridge, etc.). King bed wonderful.
The pull out was worn and not comfortable.
There was some construction going on, but I am sure this will not last long. The hotel staff was very helpful in giving directions. The room was nice, and for the most part, comfortable.

The 2 flat screen Hi-Def TV and 2 room suite with 2 entries to the bathroom.
Only thing I dislike was having to pay for parking and that the dryer was out of order.
This hotel is fashionably decorative and a very nice location right on the borders of Missouri and Kansas. I very much enjoyed it and for the rate I will definitely visit this hotel and area again. This is the best hotel I ever been in since booking through Priceline in years.

King suite was separated into two spaces by French doors.
The toilet was not clean before I ever used it. Some bathroom fixtures were not properly cleaned.
The location is perfect for Kansas City. Didn't feel secure that room was clean after encountering dirty soap dish. Front desk charged me twice for a movie, and promptly tried to correct it when I called down, but clerk didn't know how to use technology and wasted my time trying to figure out the refund.
