Comfortable bed, great pillows. Nicely redone bathroom. Did not realize it was a pet friendly hotel. That is a plus.
Too far from Duval Street and the activities that I enjoy.
Hotel is currently under renovation which makes for some distraction. Room was clean. Found the grounds confusing to navigate the first day or so. Taking a cab to Duval or the Pier was OK but not cost effective. This hotel does not suit the purpose of no drinking and driving.

Location, pool and rooms were beautiful and spacious.
Construction going on. Hallways were cramped with furniture.
Nice hotel. Spacious rooms, great location. After construction, it will be lovely.

Nothing.
Everything.
Construction everywhere, constant banging. Couldn't get Internet in the room. Hotel staff said I should call their technicians. Three hours later on 2 different days still didn't have access to Internet. I then took my computer to the restaurant area which was basically outside in the heat and my computer finally worked. I found out from the bartender that almost the entire hotel had problems with accessing the Internet the week prior to our visit. The office never admitted that it was a problem. When the office connected me to the technicians for the website, the person couldn't speak English. It was the worst 3 days ever. Even the shuttle driver was rude. The room also had fleas. I had bites all over my feet. read more

That it was a suite.
It was under construction; should be fine when completed.
It was fine for the money we spent.

Very nice pool area.
Some minor construction.
Nice location across from Smothers beach. The hotel offered a free shuttle to downtown, but it filled up quick, so we had to take a taxi twice. Very nice rooms, but the hotel itself was undergoing minor renovations, so there was some extra noise and debris.

Spacious room.
The elevator smelled horribly.
The hotel was in bad need of a renovation. A renovation of the lobby was taking place while I was there, so I assume they are going to renovate the entire hotel, including the rooms. The room was spacious, but needed new carpet, couch, and bed. The bathroom was spacious and seemed to be the best part of the room. The pool and the pool area was nice.

The hotel was very nice and accomodating, we actually ended up staying another night.
We did not know that the hotel was renovating.
The hotel was very pleasant and had ample room. The only real downside of the hotel was the renovation going on. The pool was closed which was kind of a drag, but other than that it was wonderful.

For a 3 star hotel, it was pretty clean and located in convenient area. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The air conditioning sometimes did not work, and when it did, it was very noisy. There were mosquitoes or small bugs in room.
The hotel had a vintage look to it. In fact, none of the hotels in Key West were new. This one had a courtyard like area in the middle and rooms surrounding it. When we stayed, it was very stormy windy, we could hear the wind howl and the palm trees sway. It was kind of scary as it was the beginning of hurricane season. There were small flies that liked to hang out on the shower walls. The air conditioning was loud. Overall, the room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. read more

Next to beach, fridge, spacious, free parking, free shuttle to historic town.
Carpet outside.
Key West has a price, Sheraton Suites at least gave you something for it. The first impression was a bit shady, parts due to ongoing construction works. The carpets outside looked not very inviting either. Once in the room, we found everything we expected and felt comfortable in a spacious suite with a nice bathroom.
