Bed was a bit soft.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very romantic and the separate living room space was very attractive and felt very homey.

I really liked the king size bed pillows and bedding.
I was charged to park my vehicle in their parking lot and was not told there was a charge. I was surprised to find a 9.00 charge on my card.

Nice hotel. I was pleased with the room was not pleased that I was charged to park in their own parking lot and wasn't told about the charge when I checked in I will stay there again when in Dallas the location was good for me.

Tooms were good size, liked that the sitting room was separate from the bedroom.

Perfect for a weekend getaway. Beautiful rooms. Brew your own Starbucks coffee in the rooms. A quick drive or cab ride to uptown or downtown. Excellent service and staff.

Nothing really.

Suite is smaller that most suites, but it met our needs. Bed was so comfy! Bathroom clean too.

Understaffed.

The location is great. The amenities were lacking. The staff was overwhelmed by a full hotel. The hotel bar was 3 star tops.

Big suite, two large HD TVs, pet friendly, refrigerator and microwave.
Internet in rooms and parking is not free, no one ever picked up for room service.

The rooms were nicely laid out with a sleeping and living area. Great design. beds...WOW
The carpet was a little worn

The hotel, staff,and location of the hotel were exceptional. We came in for the U2 concert and got a great rate while in Dallas. The rooms exceeded our expectations. Good job priceline... you are my new favorite service.
