Great price. Reasonably good location.
The furniture in the rooms was dated and worn out.
This is a functional establishment for business travelers, college students, and family's traveling with kids. The rooms are large and clean. It is close to most major centers of employment and not far from dining and entertainment. I would not suggest it for romantic getaways. The fitness area needs to be upgraded and the hotel could use a face lift.

Best jacuzzi jets ever experienced! Pool was nice temperature.
Requested room with 2 beds a week before and it was given away!
I was very disappointed that we were not given a room with two beds after being requested the week before. At the time of making the reservation, we were given a room with 1 king. I phoned the next day (6 days prior) to request a room with two beds since we would have children with us. I was told one was available and that the request was noted on the reservation.

Location, spaciousness of room, amenities (pool, hot tub fitness center), free internet access in lobby.
Parking.
Great downtown hotel with walking access to just about everything. Hotel was older, but clean and comfortable. All rooms are suites. The hotel offers a pool, hot tub, fitness center, and free internet access in lobby. Parking garage is crazy.

Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. Hotel is beautiful and rooms appeared clean.
The hotel parking structure!
The hotel is nice. Rooms have plenty of space, only the doors separating the living room to the room, open in wards and blocked by the bed. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. Always greeted me with a smile. Once again, the hotel parking structure is horrible. Windy, very narrow, and not friendly. The parking lot itself is very narrow. I parked my fairly new truck away from other vehicles and when I came out to my car, after checking out of the room, I noticed that the car next to mine had obviously banged the side of my door. read more

The suite style rooms.
The lobby decoration was ugly and the expensive, inconvenient parking.
Nice large room, suite style, with a small separate living room. Comfortable, welcoming, and relaxing. In walking distance to the Gas lamp District. The expensive $22 per day self park (valet is $28), the narrow winding tunnel up the structure, you can only park on the 11th floor.

Close to major attractions.
The hotel parking was expensive and there really was no other option then to park there.
Clean service was great. Perfect suite fore plan my family.
