The rooms were good sized. Beds were very comfortable.
The main lobby is on the 12th floor.
Good downtown location with an extremely courteous staff compensate for the 12th floor main lobby. Rooms will match up to most 4 star rooms.

Great location and helpful/friendly staff.
No airport shuttle.
The first impression is quite unique, since one must take an elevator from the ground floor arrival area up to the twelfth floor lobby to check in. everything went smoothly with check-in, even though my flight from the east coast had me there before noon. The staff remained uniformly friendly, answering all my questions and allowing a late check-out. My room had a wide-open feel to it, and great views from the sixteenth floor windows. I made use of workout area, including the hot tub read more

The view was nice.
The room I got was very small. The furniture is outdated. The walls and carpets were dirty.

Politeness of service staff.
Front desk told up a technician, would be up to fix our movie ordering system and no one showed up.

Great price. Reasonably good location.
The furniture in the rooms was dated and worn out.
This is a functional establishment for business travelers, college students, and family's traveling with kids. The rooms are large and clean. It is close to most major centers of employment and not far from dining and entertainment. I would not suggest it for romantic getaways. The fitness area needs to be upgraded and the hotel could use a face lift.
